But there are many principals contained in it that can help us significantly to pull out of any challenges and/or obstacles that we may currently be in, as well as explain why we are in them in the first place. Many of the principals discussed are in the Bible; which to me is the only true source of information for us to live by. I think for me it just helped me to see things in a different perspective. I don't mean to sound preachy, I'm just saying that you can take out of the video what is helpful to you and leave parts you may not personally agree with behind. (Just my 2 cents.)
