There are serveral ways to upload your website. However we reccomend you use an FTP program.
If you are using web design programs such as Microsoft FrontPage, Microsoft Expression Web, Dreamweaver, Kompozer, etc, you can use the "Publish" feature included with these programs. Please see the documentation provided in your web design program for instructions on how to do this. To access those you can usually press the F1 key to bring up the help features of your program.
The best way to upload your website is via File Transfer Protocol, otherwise known as FTP. There are various FTP programs on the market, but a free one you can download and install, which is very easy to use, is called FileZilla. Click here to access the download page. If you are using a MAC you can download a version of FileZilla for the MAC on that same page.
