It is possible to access your hosting account via SSH if you really need to. However, there is a one time $10 fee for enabling SSH on your account. We reccomend this only for advanced users who really know how to use SSH.
To get started with SSH we must enable it on your account. To have SSH enabled on your account please contact our support department. Specific instructions how to setup your SSH client will be provided in an email our support department will send you.
