The first step to having any hosting account is to make sure the domain name you are using is pointing to our servers. If you just signed up with a new domain name that we registered for you then you don't have to worry about this issue, as it is automatically pointed to our servers when we register it for you. However, if you registered the domain name yourself OR if you are transferring your domain to us, then you need to make sure it is pointing to our name servers! If you don't know what name server information to use please go back to our main website (where you signed up) and check our local support page regarding domain name transfers.
http://yoursitename.com/cpanel Or course, be sure to use YOUR domain name in place of "yoursitename.com". By putting the /cpanel on the end it will bring up a username and password box to enter your Control Panel. Use the username and password assigned to you in your account setup email. Also, be sure to use the actual IP address assigned to you in your account setup email in place of where it says "ip.address.right.here". The second step is to get your email accounts setup in your Control Panel and in your email client. This is especially true if you are transferring your domain name to our system. You can access your account Control Panel by typing in your domain name or IP Address in the following format:

At this time you may also start uploading your website using the IP Address you were assigned. You can use the IP Address until your new domain name or transferred domain name is fully pointing to our servers.
