If you need help learning how to setup and manage your email accounts in cPanel please don't worry! There are training videos within cPanel to walk you through everything.
First, access your cPanel: http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
Second, enter your hosting account username and password.
Now, under the Preferences section click the Video Tutorials link. There may be a certificate warning page that comes up but you can ignore that and click through, as cPanel is accessed via a secure link. Once you are on the tutorials page just scroll down to the Mail section and you can watch any of the videos on any of the topics you many need help with.
